Constitutionally protected free speech ... there's a difference between a right to do something, versus it being unwise or immoral or reprehensible none of which define legal or illegal.

He was defending the parents right to gesture as the please. They did not do the salute because they support Nazis...They did this gesture because they were expressing their believe that the school board and those who are they are fighting against are nazis.

The amount of time that gets invested in putting a spin on the truth is fascinating. The people who get paid to put a twist on the truth have a special place in hell reserved for them when this ride is over.
