here is one reason I have always been fond of The Old Timer:


My dad gave me a pocketknife like this when I was little to learn carving things. Lost long ago, but I never forgot the name, or trying to carve bars of Ivory soap.

Lo and behold this very similar knife was on sale at an auto parts store recently!
