Neuron Hackers

The European Union financed and owns the Human Brain Project which developed neuro brain computer interface technologies and was founded by Henry Markram. Henry Markram is a professor at Ecole Polytechnique Federale in Switzerland and was educated at Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel. The President of Weizman Institute is the Belgian-Israeli Daniel Zajfman who has been a Director at Max Planck Society the reformed Nazi Kaiser Wilhelm Society and Henry Markram was also a member. The Israeli scientist Daniel Zajfman runs a renamed Nazi founded scientific institute. The electronic grid has been weaponized and programmed with the General Neural Simulation System also called GENESIS to enable frequencies to hack into the brain and physiology. Genesis was developed by the Jesuit educated James Mason Bower. On GENESIS' website it states GENESIS was"developed to support the simulation of neural systems ranging from subcellular components and biochemical reactions to complex models of single neurons, simulations of large networks, and systems-level models." The electronic grid and especially computers and smart phones are programmed with neuro brain interface programs that radiate electromagnetic frequencies designed to hack into the human brain and physiology. Other brain hacking systems include NEURON (software), NEST (software), and Brian (software). It is like an artificial intelligence radiated out of the electronic grid designed to covertly target the minds and physiologies of people in society. They can target individuals or target groups. Targeting can be subtle or it can be increased and extremely violent and torturous. Targeting consists of invasive and foreign thoughts and targeting of the physiology can cause pain, itching, spasms, pressure, irritation, fatigue and other attacks. The European Union which owns the Human Brain Project is based on the Treaty of Rome and the European Union was signed in Rome at Capitoline Hill. The Black Nobility of Rome are leading in this scientific terrorism and they have full access to these evil technologies.

Members of the royal and noble families have the neuro brain interface technologies where they can plug their minds into the electronic grid and target victims with this synthetic telepathy. The Department of Defense and various universities have these brain hacking systems. There is a neuro-brain-computer-interface weapons system in Israel likely in the Kirya of Tel Aviv. I believe the Italian Mafia have an advanced brain hacking system probably located in Atlantic City. There is one in Hollywood with the Church of Scientology. There are Scientology churches all over. The Swiss-Italian-Austrian Indermaur nobility have financed Scientology with Robert Indermaur. They can run existing programs on a target or with the more advanced brain interface technologies can control the frequencies like a form of synthetic telepathy controlled by the brain that is plugged into the system. The group Anonymous and other hackers are also using these electronic weapons on society by hacking computers and smart phones and running these programs on society. The weaponized electronic grid consists of HAARP, modern electronics, wireless frequencies, electrical substations, smart phones, smart meters, and electrical transformers. These brain hackers are called harpers. HAARP is named in reference to harps which were used in ancient times for putting minds into a trance along with poems used for mind control programming. Musical instruments resonate vibrations. Some top families with harps on their coat of arms include the Windsor, Hanover, FitzJames, Guinness, and the Pallavicini family which have a statue on their palace in Vienna holding a harp. The Pallavicini family are the primary engineers of this evil. The Freemasonic Royal Institution and the Society of Jesus along with DARPA, Silicon Valley, and neuroscientists have designed electronics to emit algorithmic frequencies intended to hack the human brain and physiology. They did this so they can enhance their witchcraft with technology and persecute people covertly as they attempt a full take over of humanity.

Your probably not a target, but some people are and don't think like that so I guess they just put up with 'this crazy world'. Its possible he saw events assembling themselves around you as appearing artificial, if he's perceptive and uninhibited, and concerned for your well being, he might approach you. He musta liked the cut of your jib.

Its also possible he is the one being gang stalked . and as he is a little psychologically variant, or not functioning efficiently on all levels, adapting as expected to the matrix's wishes, he is the one with the problem, and needs to talk about it.

And he approached you in this manner because you would say hes crazy if he told you the stuff that he is experiencing. Like "hey doc, my good buddy has this itchy rash on his dick, but he's too embarrassed to ask for help, what should he do?"

He still could be a little crazy, AND gang stalked; the whole point of stalking is to bring variant personalities into line, those who have a potential to see things differently, a threat to the matrix. They do this actually to drain their chaotic energy, if in case he has an extra energy potential to escape the matrix. But not using it efficiently, hes becoming a thorn in their side.

The thing is, we reflect people, and in an inefficient world, we reflect inefficiency of others. Its the way we socialize, we share a group identity. If hes black, well...maybe hes been harassed too much which knocked him sideways, and now hes acting out a bit, in an inefficient manner.

But believing in the fairness of man, because is projecting his fairness onto others, who aren't fair, he is experiencing the cognitive dissonance of created by other peoples issues. Hes told hes equal, but doesn't feel the love, doesn't get hired etc.

Sometimes in empathy, we get discombobulated by their intense energy and actions. We can go sideways a bit- we have the potential for deploying our energy efficiently to our own best interests for self preservation, but we ave to recognize our power.

If you are malfunctioning a bit and you have a greater light quotient you will be targetted. To provoke you to release tour surplus energy annoyances will be progerssivly introduced into your life to determine your weakness. When they have found them, your own reaction to the triggering of unadressed issues will provide an energy discharge. They are unaddressed because we feel disempowered to do so.

The aspect of our outer selves which is not yet aware it creates the literal reality observed, as it is a reflection of our inner selves.

To understand we came here for a reason, to become aware we create our reality, and to master that awareness when consciously changing the stage dressing of our lives.

Gang stalking relies on a principle of strategy using social interaction, and the fact that the universe speaks to our spirit in metaphor. External events manipulated consciously by others to achieve an effect in our cognition which produces chaotic instability in our auric field, resulting in a random misdirected incoherent energy discharge. The belief is that you are separate, individual, not in control of your own fate. Belief in a separate all powerful God, that we live in a capricious random predatory universe.

Otherwise, if you were in intact and harmonious, you would direct that energy in a stupendous manoeuvre pf perception to rearrange your awareness to reflect your intent, to find your self positioned in a world informed by your best interests.

Gang stalking is attempt to take your highest gift, your energy, and keep it from being used by you to escape the matrix.

To do this they use your own unresoloved issues against yourself, by continually hooking your fears of disempowerment and separation..

The truth is you are multidimensional beings, you create your reality, and you don't die. Our rational mind from which we form our idea of identity is not our greatest asset. Our real minds are behind it and inform it. The rational mind keeps this other mind locked up in the basement, like a crazy relative.

You have to maintain your equilibrium to maintain your energy. You have to process your shadow. You have to behave consciously and impeccably. You have to eradicate energy wasting traits. You have to stalk yourself to catch yourself in the act, and work to change the unproductive behaviour.

You will have to behave strategically dealing with the world and people. Use existing events in your setting to your end goals. Solve a problem with a coworker for instance who is blocking your path or creating absolute frustration.

So basically, get your shit together, and don't be provoked. We do live in a predatory universe which wants your energy, but you are holding that universe in place with your belief structure, which suits your predator.

You can transcend to a higher one. However, you are surrounded by people who do not have this potential. No one has told you people are of different energy configurations.

You will have to accept being somewhat alone, dancing to the beat of a different drummer, and take over your life and climb out of the prison. They will try to take you down to their level like zombies as you climb the ladder.

Anyone can be an enemy, or a friend. Know that even your enemies provide the setting in the play for you to grow, and be grateful for them. It's how you play the game that counts. And no one is going to let you out of the matrix, you have to earn it.
