A big part of the story is one of the "sides" was devastated by a flu virus that they think the other side created. It was made before COVID, but has some relevance. "Peace in our time? Also pondering if we do, in fact, have a crossover to another parallel world. It may explain Deja vu as well as other things. Worth a watch - fantastic series.
