I am a student nurse in Great Britain but my home is The Gambia. It is during a vacation to my home village that I met a bird seeking man and his wife, and we become great friends for much years and his wife was a doctor who gave me great reference and monies to pursue my studies in Great Britain. This is why he entrusted me with this because I dream of working with him in Africa when I become trained properly. I am sad to tell that he left a message for a Long Haul Covid Doctor that I was to share on his passing, and it causes me immense sorrow to say that an infection caused a fatal moment and he did not survive to get to operating theater. I am sorry to say that he did not survive the blocked lung from blood clot. I have copied completely what he required of me to say to Long Haul Doctor. Ediresa.

OMG. sad message. my condolences. if u are the same AC with 3 different #/s, please excuse my jokes. the LC doc usually checks in .. what is morning to me in the US... bout 10-12 hours from now. that is if he isn't overly busy at work.

Not sure what I lost. Just a wild cryptic message from a nurse a world away about her colleague sending urgent summons to me upon his death. Kinda freaking me out. Especially after the whirlwind past three years of my life. Feel like I am peaking off a bad lsd trip. Please know that he will be buried not laying where you can visit him as he is contaminated with sickness and not touchable. I am deep sadness to tell you because he was a warm friendly man and good man who all our village thought high praise of. So I say my sorrows again to you and will tell you that we will make it a good day to send him to his Doctor Melanie in soul.

Lc doc. To be honest last night I collapsed in exhaustion. What was said by the nurse rings true. I had a lengthy discussion on Twitter with an international man of mystery. A very open and deep discussion about an nde i experienced some years back along with one they had in their early career that was an identical vision of heaven. The man of mystery posted a screen shot of my protocol for which I reached out and said “hey that’s my approach i cobbled together in dire desperation while i was struggling to keep my practice and life alive through my agony of lc. Also during the worst midlife crisis of my life with an embezzling long time trusted employee.

My approach used specifics from standard process company which is far removed from the fccc just by product names alone which is why I took notice.

The private discussion it was told to me I had no idea what I had done the ramifications it had and the people involved who took notice and used it for good

I thought it could be a larp until I posted something a bit too sensative for which I was immediately contacted in seconds that “people watching” wanted to warn me fo be careful. A post I made was deleted for me because I couldn’t find it to edit it. I didn’t realize I stumbled into opsec conscience individuals doing god knows what god knows where. But it was made clearer to me my list was something of note that serious people with serious expertise maybe military maybe bio had taken note.

Told me it was helping more than I would ever know and would be revealed to me when I meet god.

At the time I was on the back end of the worst of lc but still very very much shell shocked from dads stroke recovery the lc and embezzlement fiasco. So to be honest questioning reality and why I should remain on earth.

You have to understand I just stumbled onto my method. By a desperate prayer in month 4 when I was saturated with synmptoms and considering suicide seriously. The prayer I kid you not was answered and a booming friendly grandfather voice said to me when I asked “why me why long covid why not someone else a bad person or anybody but me”. It said “my son of course you. Because you are doing the homework most won’t and it will make you a better doctor to your community and I will see it is given to people you encounter and one of the main fixes is right in front of you something you adore”.

I had no idea but a warming calm washed over me and my symptoms and suicidal ideation ceased for a few days.

I figured it was meant I would help my patients or their friends in my small circle. But kept trying various things pouring into my clinicians manual spent thousands on supplements by the flccc recommendations until I just decided to write down what I thought made sense on a gut feeling.

Turns out I spoke of my method only three places once on Reddit to no avail. Once on Twitter to no avail due to lack of exposure and the jaded nature of some of the posters. Privately to a dozen on Twitter but to no avail as far as them seriously trying it maybe some individuals used odds and ends out of it for portions of relief and lastly here I posted it in full.

For which uncle doom told me bcov milk. God was right I could drown in a sea of milk and be happy. It’s my nectar. So I got the milk and bang a major shift occured the first actual change in major severity. The rest I suggested I can only assume began the neuro vascular immunological systemic repairs to the continued recovery

God was right I posted it here and this community the posters and lurkers took it and ran with it so as I told the man of mystery on Twitter my mission was complete.

However not knowing for certain was it all true or a larp. All i can say is I got confirmation this past week from a patient who had a granddaughter who is a medical researcher who was moderately destroyed by lc. She used her expertise to try to cure herself but got stuck in the resrerxh loop and void many are stuck in finding no relief. I gave my protocol with uncle dooms
Milk to her last year. She has recovered fully and back to her career. She told her grandma to tell me that apparently i am known in Pittsburgh to the Lc community because she handed it to some of them who are now kicked into recovery (albeit the long process). She also stated her rheumatologist wanted to get word to me she used it on some of her patients and wanted me to know i was on to something.

Whelp there it is the past year of my weird saga mixed with strangers internet people’s secret squirrels and open statement of the whole affair.

Being i am just a chiropractor in the middle of nowhere small insignificant to the larger lc community and world at large. All I can say is this what i cobbled together does it help people all of them some of them fully partially? I will never fully know but assume if not a larp the. Yes it has and was picked up by professionals who have the facilities to study it addd to it edit it.


Ughhhhhhhhhhhh what a ride and if uncle doom is gone and is real god be with him and link him to his late wife for all eternity.

I will post that protocol one more time but need to get my thoughts together and have to run an errand today.

I will add I was given by the man of mystety some intel as to that mystery outbreak in Pakistan in the spring I think. They was slided to me I assume to maybe show they aren’t joking or larping


Also if a larp the whole time (which I don’t feel in my soul it is) it’s a weird one. A larp over milk cyruta plus bromaline methylene blue lol. Who would larp about that lol.

good morning, we lost another warrior last night.

the # for the posting AC changed with each post. my 1st reaction was in thinking it was 1 of the normal AC's that hit and leave to stir up some trouble. was quite unsettling when i realized they weren't a normal AC and the seriousness of why they were here. i apologized and went back to edit my postings made before that.

didn't expect LC DOC to b in as late as it was.

sadly it is similar to how UD's wife went, infected by some person who hid their illness. guess it shows the mentality of the world we now live in.

this slow snail paced doom was something nobody had considered happening. it sux the way it is. watching the world go on and remembering things we used to do, but choose not to in order to avoid getting infected.

with the post by LC DOC yesterday and UD, both relate to the genetics of covid. we don't understand that side well still. covid grabs some very hard and skips others. not that we could see the genetic part to tell who would fair good or bad.

all we can do is what UD would say himself- do all that u can to avoid catching this damn virus.

This list is pretty much my complete list.
The best resource is the standard process clinical reference guide it is available online in print format I have a pdf made of it. But it is for purchase for clinicians only. So any doctors nurses chiros naturopaths can easily get it. You may try to see if you can get it on eBay or from the providers online.

A few notable additions would be
Acute stage ivermectin usage
Andrographis complex artisimen complex and one additional product called viranon which is used for naked and enveloped virus treatment

I added one additional for the blood support called vascular care complex at the end of treatment for extremity vascular support and capillary:
Venous flow support. It helped with the constant oppressive myalgia from weather changes due to the vascular stasis from vascular damage and rigidity.

To me the elevated Bp issues are both cns driven and vascular driven not so much cardiac in origin.

Lc patients see liver enzyme and elevated cholesterol which I still have
Livaplex hepatrophin pmg would be useful for liver healing and cyruta and choloplex for cholesterol transport.

If any one gets the manual the pmg products are key for individual organ targeting spleen cardiac liver kidney skin brain nerves etc etc


also this is months of hammering. Dosage is high on standard process products the guide shows lower and upper limits but it’s nothing to take 10 cyruta plus a day for weeks on end. It’s all made from organic vegetable sources extracts and animal extracts. Very high safety profiles. There is a contraindication list for medi herb products such as viranon andrographis artisimen. Just search for medi her. Contraindication list it’s easy to find


Time time and more time and then some more time. When you have total saturation of symptoms we are talking a year to repair. Time seems to heal some 2 to 3 years without support but I won’t sit by and not attempt to promote some form of additional healing. Each month is a reassessment of syntoms severity duration triggers capacity for activity.

Being it’s a demonic experience you have to have prayer support groups battle buddies and music soft delicate music. Anything to distract you. Mallsoft music was very zen for me or ambient tonal music soft jazz.

There is a world of hurt and decimated so Twitter and Reddit are easy places to find folks to lift you up or cry with.

I have made friends in South America europe the states just weekly calls to tell them I love them and compare notes on the horrors
