Amazon not delivering all of a sudden?

I was talking to a post office employee a couple of weeks ago because I had problems with a big heavy shipment that got sent to the post office instead of ground.

She said that 90% of end deliveries are going through them now.

She also said that Amazon delivery vehicles were recalled off the road because of lawsuits, due to them breaking down all the time and causing accidents.

She said that Amazon isn't delivering at all anymore.

I have orders from Petsmart, Chewy and a bird store all just get severely delayed. They just stopped dead in the water in the past week.

Things are really breaking down.
