I have narcan in my apothecary for when the fentanyl hits tho. Pharmacies will dispense without a prescription and no questions, will cost a co-pay and your doc might ask why, tell them for emergency kits. They must dispense BY LAW. THIS 'COULD' JUST B A FAILURE IN SOME QUALITY CONTROL FROM A COMPANY IN ...'INDIA'...?!....
