At the front desk, conference room about 30 feet away. Turned the scanner on, nothing came up before the 10AM conference this morning. 12 people went into the room. 11 are fully vaxxed as my work was offering "pop up tents" since it's a large company and I could literally see them get the shot. 1 refuses to get vaxxed. I turned the scanner on and 25 devices popped up, video game controllers.  I took multiple screenshots and will edit thread tomorrow with them. There is another conference tomorrow and I will repeat the same experiment...and post all screen shots here. This is absolutely insane. I got between 3 and 4 devices per person in the building. |

Is that your blog? yes. I have to admit, I'd really like an answer to this. the only thing I can guess is that the existing BT devices aren't behaving normally. I tested THREE different scanners and got the same results so I'm pretty sure it's not a flaw in software. If it's existing devices behaving weirdly, where are they getting these MAC addresses from and why are they acting differently than what we'd expect? . |
