They should look at the religious exemption because any disregard of religion is a direct flagrant violations of our first amendment

Form a good case against vaccines all their BS lies...all the CDC lies...etc etc....and then they will hear your case after it is ruled on by the previous courts....

The judge with the substantive ruling was a District Court judge.

Opponents tried to block the mandate, but a federal judge rejected the request Oct. 13. The judge said the record indicated regular testing alone wasn’t sufficient to stop the spread of the delta variant.

Did the judge consider whether vaccination was any better? Or in choosing between A and B, do you examine A and just assume B is great?

I think Trump asked them (in a classified memo of course) not to take the case, said he didn't want to proceed. That's why Breyer said the case did not meet the normal standards to be accepted by SCOTUS, when obviously it was the sort of case SCOTUS was created to handle.

Rather than focusing on vaccine mandates, the current administration should focus on the distribution of the MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES and setting up infusion clinics.

It is my bet this will reduce the COVID-19 death rate to near zero if implemented early and high risk individuals are identified.

It will also create UNIFICATION OF OUR NATION which is so divided. Both the Vaxed, the Natually Immune, and Unvaxxed can take the MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES.

The side effects are minimal. I mean you can die from the vaccine. If you the one who dies, it is terrible. The vaccine is a good start, but the side effects are too high right now. It is the right choice for some BUT NOT EVERYBODY.
