Southwest announces reversal on putting unvaccinated staff on unpaid leave starting in December
Southwest scrapped a plan to put unvaccinated workers with pending exemptions on unpaid leave after the Dec. 8 deadline.

Both American and Southwest require their new-hire employees to show proof of Covid-19 vaccination before their first day.

Large airlines are federal contractors and subject to a Biden administration order that requires their employees to be vaccinated or receive an exemption for medical or religious reasons.

big EDIT~

It will continue paying them while the company reviews their requests, and said it will allow those who are rejected to continue working “as we coordinate with them on meeting the requirements (vaccine or valid accommodation).”

Really, I think the time is to allow their lawyers to find a way out of the mess legally. Now that they are having problems with scheduling flights and making money, they no longer want to enforce the governments nonmandate/mandate.

This is fantastic! The workers stood up by slowing things down and corporate noticed. SW has no choice now, but to figure out a way to accommodate the unvaxxed, or they will be permanently shut down. The worers have realized that they have tremendous leverage and are willing to use it. Hopefully, this spreads nationwide to other companies. FU Biden!

I’m mixed on this. Judges are bought so their confidence is there.
CEO’s of airlines are members of WEF and want the great reset so they’re willing to burn their own shit down. I think they have to be getting some pushback a few rings lower that haven’t been promised bigger positions elsewhere, tho.

This is most likely only a temp speed bump and will happen next year.

So, they decided not to commit corporate suicide for a 'mandate' that's not even a real, legal mandate? And may expose them to litigation?

The name of the game is to get all human beings and every product onto the blockchain for full traceability, where privacy will no longer exist. Think of the QR code as the middle man and the smartphone as the tool. Blockchain technology can be a bit confusing, so here are some basics on it as well as how tokenization works. Originally created for digital currency transactions, it is now being used for IoT, supply chain tracking, financial services, asset management, identity verification, “smart contracts,” and much more. A distributed ledger blockchain framework allows for the collection of data that is shared and synchronized across multiple sites, countries or institutions.

Their ultimate goal is to have every human being and every product traced, tracked, and surveilled. For example, the Evrythng Product Cloud gives products a digital identity. It creates a twin in the cloud which is linked to an identifier that is embedded into the smart packaging or smart code, making the object interactive with software intelligence that allows it to participate in new applications. Evrythng provides an API gateway called the Blockchain Integration Hub which enables the data to be replicated or collected from different blockchains. In addition to supply chain history and live tracking data, it also hosts metadata on a product that needs to be updated, such as temperature, humidity, or current owner. One can imagine the level of surveillance once all products are tied into the smart grid. Already, there are cities outfitted with street lights that host cameras everywhere people walk, under the guise of protecting everyone from crime or monitoring climate change.

I think you overestimate their commitment. After all companies have no problem pushing CRT, but it will always stop at the board room. They won't sacrifice their position, status and wealth for the cause. But, you could be right.

I also think, that though the courts are corrupt, they still seem to try to be operating within the framework of the law, which is the reason, that the FED won't just step forward and pass a federal vaccine mandate directly on the citizens.

The whole reason to use the corporations is to circumnavigate the constitution and the law.

But, who knows really, we are living in strange days indeed. The corruption and darkness is endemic.

So if they're contracted by the gov, why force it. Plenty of government agencies not mandating it, so why should the airlines?

No…
No they aren’t.
Airlines were exempted from OSHA in 1975, because they subject to so many international treaties.

The FAA is the only .Gov Org with Airline oversight, and everything they do requires a rule-making process and public input. There is no process even started yet. Anything less than a year for this process requires a miracle from God to accomplish.

CRT proves how political that various corporations are today. It shows how far they're willing to go before they pause, much less pull back, and question what's going on.

Things like mRNA and CRT are all part of the same mess. Those controversies prove that a lot of executives and top-level employees won't know where to draw the line or won't give a damn if they go too far.

Sociopaths and psychopaths are wielding a lot of power in today's America and world.

This news is basically a lie. The mandate is still in effect and employees are still required to fill out a form with illegal questions or face termination.

The only thing changed is now they will let employees work with pay past the December 8 deadline. Before, they threatened leave without pay. Employees fate will still be uncertain as they help SWA get through Christmas and the New Year.

This is to help SWA get through the holidays without compromising staffing levels in many people’s and my opinions.
