"Carbonated Water" has been listed as an ingredient since long before Graphene was being mass produced on a commercial scale.

So...why the difference in some listings?
It really depends on when/how the CO2 was added into the mix.
If it's added to the water, then the carbonated water goes in the mix, it is listed as "carbonated water". If the drink is mostly mixed and THEN carbonated, it is listed as "Carbon Dioxide".

Why is that suspecious? It's been known for 30 years that naked mRNA degrades quickly. That's why in nature, RNA is inside a virus or produced in a cell nucleus and quickly moves into the cytoplasm.
