Millions of people are governed covered by 5G... what do you mean “when they turn it on”?

Were people dropping dead in china, with 40 000 dead bodies incinerated, after the vax as well?
Or is he saying this pandemic started much earlier in china and they gave out the vax in dec/jan 2020?
