Mandate the employer pay for a baseline physical for ALL employees. That baseline can be used at a later point in time to sue the employer when a follow-up baseline physical is conducted to show employee health has been negatively effected up to and including premature death. 2. Since the experimental jab was not a condition of employment, get a copy of the original employment contract and policies. This is to sue them and make bank. 3. The employer is acting as a medical professional. Get all documentation (particularly of the CEO and board members) as to their medical qualifications to mandate an experimental jab on their workforce. If they are not qualified medical professionals working with a experimental jab, this documentation is to sue them. 4. Since the employer is using coercion by placing employees on "leave", document the event particularly if it is unpaid as the employer will have moved out of simple coercion to financial duress. That is big $$ in a lawsuit, not to mention leverage of the nuremburg rules. |
