Humanity has always been bizarre. I doubt humanity has the capability of being normal. All religious and political structures are majorly fucked up. They always have been, and they always will be. It's in human DNA to believe in bizarre shit.  Inferior intellect comes to incorrect conclusions. Generalization is easier than rational analysis.
