The so call local pd will think you're the crazy one; your brother is doing everything by the book; sending family to hospital, getting them cared for.

Remember, most people think that going to the hospital is the right thing to do, even your pd. They are not going to help you and you'll be the one ending up in the slammer, if not the psych unit.


I forget the term, but the person who signs a paper in the hospital saying, i'll be the one making the medical decisions for the patient---you need to become that for your mother, sister, father, if you can.

But telling people your brother is trying to kill others cause he is telling them to go to the hospital, etc---it will only make it seem as you're the crazy one.
