If you believe they are organized in efforts to kill or subjugate you and the likeminded then it is war or a type of genocide. In a democracy it is difficult to know for sure until they actually force you beyond your moral conscious or difficult to change laws of the land. Unless this moral conscious coincides with many others, that will take a stand then yes, you are just committing murder.
