It is true that even the pure stuff has a caustic effect.

It can't be helped. Some healthy cells will just die in the presence of H2O2.

But ON THE WHOLE, it is minimal compared to the benefit in acute situations, and healthy cells that die are immediately replenished so it is not that big a deal at all.

The stronger the %, the more cells will die along with the pathogens. But you don't need a high % to destroy pathogens.

I always recommend starting with 1%. and working up to 3 if needed.

I don't dilute it. It is already diluted to 3% which seems ideal for me. I just fill the nebulizer cup straight from the bottle.

Something else for you to look into is Serropeptase, which is an enzyme proven effective in breaking up lung scar tissue. Also, it may be effective in mopping up spike proteins.

it is an AIDLEY portable handle mini nebulizer sprayer, I ordered it a little over a year ago but I haven’t had to use it, it was $36.27

It's already diluted down to 3% so it's 97% water. If you want to add a little distilled water you can but I just use what comes out of the bottle. 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide is also available but mostly found online. You might be able to find it locally if you live in a city.

No way I could use full strength. Even diluted it wasn't a good experience.

I guess the asthma is just gonna kill me. Yeah, I am at the end of the rope on this one.

Side note - have a dermatologist in my family. If you have any weird skin issues that pop up, before you run to the doctor, soak a cotton ball in hydrogen peroxide and hold it to the area you're concerned about a couple times a day to the area. It may start to go away and save you from melanoma concerns.
There are a lot of skin keratosis that are malign growths and can be treated with H2O2.

This is exactly what I do when I have lung issues. I've been doing it for 2 decades now zero issues.

It's great to clear up bronchitis, and infection in the lung, nasal cavity too. 3% H2O2 works great, I've even up'd it to 5% before with the food grade I have at 15%

Man these tools are lying through their teeth in so many ways.

H2O2 is actually naturally occurring in our lungs, but in very low amounts.

The great thing about H2O2 is that it kills all the cells on the surface of the skin, malignant or not. But since the healthy skin cells will just replenish naturally, it is GREAT for resolving skin issues.

I gotta say though, I’ve had 3% hydrogen peroxide mess up my gums. Maybe a lower percentage is better.

If you put some 3% hydrogen peroxide in your mouth at the same time that you floss, you can get it in between your teeth. I haven't had to go to the dentist for awhile now. I saved two molars that I thought I might lose.

Nebulize it? I have a medical grade neb and am getting a battery back up that I can solar charge the batteries for power outages - I do about 6-8 nebs a day with DuoNebs and Budespnide. I go no where. I do little to nothing because I can't breath. Very very sick of it.

if you are using food grade 35% you have to dilute it to 3%. you use that stuff straight on your fingers.. it makes a white powdery "burn" on them.. keep your original bottle marked in your fridge clearly and protected from kids etc.. that does not belong in the lungs.

Well well well I've bean using it every day since March 2020 and it worked form me until end of October (after some vodka party) when my defenses where low and I did catch the THING.
