I have consumed the stuff before and I'm still ok.

I had covid in July, I did the nebulizer 3 times a day, aspirin, povidone iodine nasal spray, NAC, High doses of vit C, zinc, and an 15-30min of sun on my bare back daily. It never made it to my lungs.

I read a big study out of china that they where treating their migrant workers with povidone iodine throat spray and curing them, I remember in the beginning of all this they said that covid lives in your nose for the first 14 days or whatnot, so the nasal spray made the most sense to me.

I'm not a doctor, and I don't know how bad I would have got without this protocol, but if I start to feel bad again I will jump right on it and include lysine in the mix. Me and the fam also use the nasal spray after being out in crowded public spaces.

The only difference between food grade hydrogen peroxide and 3% is the concentration.

If what you say is true, then all of these products should be banned.



You should not drink hydrogen peroxide.

You should not put hydrogen peroxide in a nebulizer at 100% concentration.

Putting it in a nebulizer at extremely low concentrations (less than 3%) is just fine. I have breathed it from my hvac every day for years. If anything, I am healthier from it.

Easier and faster to put a few drops in a
Neti Pot a couple times a week (add to salt solution).
Stings a little a first.
I use to do that years ago.

Food grade H202 can be purchased at the health food store. It is safe to nebulize a very small amount mixed with normal saline. Do not nebulize non-food grade as it has Hexane in it I believe.
