It is true, though, that millions are being maimed and killed from the vax, though - rendering huge swaths of the population unable and unfit to work at all! They're taking it all down. I have this terrible feeling that you are right, especially as I see shelves at local stores not being replenished much anymore and car lots sitting empty. I think this really is game over as we know it.

I also think that the corporations knew last year that there were going to be mass layoffs and terminations coming up in the next couple of years and they colluded with the gubmint to mandate the vaxx knowing that half the people would not take it and the employees could then be blamed for losing their jobs cuz they refused the jab.

This has all been planned. I used to drive for Knight Transportation out of Phoenix, AZ and I recently tried to get a job with them again. They passed on my application for reasons unspecified to me. I have a clean CDL, no accidents or tickets and I have experience, with them in the past.

This whole situation is an orchestrated collapse of the pillars that make a first world country.

I shop at Harbor Freight alot for stuff i need at home.

A month ago I talked to their local manager, who blamed their own shortages there on the lack of help in the CA ports.

Today the cashier blamed it on the low pay of the trucking industry..

Truck drivers ... dock workers ... or a general conspiracy by someone else ....

Seems like this was set up around 2016 when they changed the rules for DOT medical cards, a lot of drivers lost their CDL because they didn't receive notification of the change.

Voila, medically ineligible. One option, re-test. Not really easy to get your hands on the rig for the road test. The written test is nothing.

Yeah AND a hair test. Before I went to CDL school, I worked as a temp dispatcher and then at amazon for 4 months to let clean hair grow out. It takes a lot of will power. That was right when COVID first hit. I've been driving ever since. Now I'm local, home on the weekends and clearing $1500/wk. Driving is brutal though.

Same here. After 32 years Im out cause of delta 8 modified thc available at truckstops. Which is psychoactive but legal. The DOT "clearinghouse"... What a shame...

Crazy! I used to work for Knight out of the Indy terminal and the safety coordinator calls me out of the blue from time to time to see if I want to come back, LOL. I guess its because I stayed out OTR and only came home like 4 times in a year. Good miles, 3600 would be a slow week.

Those trucker schools, they scare people out of the industry. They give you 4 EFFING DAYS to become proficient in driving a big rig or they keep your money and tell you to go eff off and it's not for you. NO JOKE.

Maybe if they started treating truck drivers better, they would have enough drivers. They treat them lie s*** and pay them slave wages.

When I drove for a company back in 2003. My hours of service and pay cheques came out to about 8 bucks an hour for 60 hr weeks. It was a brutal life on the road. Not worth it.
That was .28 cents CDN a mile.
When I switched to a .38 cents a mile CDN company my wage only went to 10 bucks an hour.
It seemed the .28 cents a mile company paid actual miles, the .38 cents a mile company constantly cheated me out of miles every cheque so it was more like .33 cents a mile.
Either way, the job should have been 20 bucks an hour and not my fault if they got no load for me to haul..
Many hours were wasted at border crossings and loading docks. There is nothing worse than working for free.

Since then they have changed hours of service and made things even harder to make money under stricter rules. Not to mention, the state troopers in the u.s were a bunch of fkn nazi's back even then constantly just trying to nickel and dime tickets out of you.

They'd have to pay 100k/year for me to ever want to go back into that job and no forced vax or bull shit.

That's strange I have seen CBD given the green light for law enforcement but you can't drive a truck?
