FATHER GOD TEACHES ME Throughout my adult life I have experienced Father God teaching me, Himself. Please see what Jesus said in the book of John in the Holy Bible: Joh 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. Joh 6:45 It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me. 29 These two verses from the Bible describe what happened to me. I did not go back to a church. This verse says that Jesus promises to receive you if you hear His Father’s voice and learn from listening to God. This promise explains how people who have never heard of Jesus nor have they read the Bible but yet they still come to Jesus and obtain salvation. Salvation is much more than just living forever with God after we die. When we “salvage” something we take it from the garbage heap and restore it back to a useful life. Salvation leads to a life that is whole again and full of peace, joy, and nothing lacking. By listening to God’s voice and coming to Jesus, we are meant to live a life full of wonder even before we die. Jesus promises to lift us up at the last day. The “lifting up” is called resurrection. Resurrection here means when the last day of living on Earth comes, Jesus will give us everlasting life in a new indestructible body. We are meant to hear the voice of Father God. God draws us to Him and then teaches us how to live, Himself. When we obey God’s voice then we also come to Jesus. Jesus says in verse 45 above, that all shall be taught by 30 God Himself. I was drawn to God at age 10 by that song and when the time was right, I then began to hear His voice and obey Him. JESUS SAID “I WILL” I did have one particular incident during the time that I was still in college, in the late 1970’s. I was driving home on the highway and thinking to myself about all that I would have to do the next semester. I had to work my job and go to school, and I said to myself, “Jesus will help me”. While I was saying those words, when I got to the word “help”, I heard Jesus say in my mind, “I will” before I said the word, “me”. So, at that moment I knew for certain that Jesus was real and alive and that I could hear His voice in my mind.
