Definition of born-again, from the book:

People who are born-
again, obey the Holy Spirit and allow it to
guide them in any direction that it wills.
Being born-again refers to a change of
heart—from indifference or hostility toward
God to a love for Him and a desire to live out
His best for us.

The first exercise was watching your
thoughts while asking the Holy Spirit to help
you. The second exercise is believing that
God sees your life through your own eyes
and talk to Him constantly while you live.
Both of these exercises are very easy. If you
forget then just start over again.
