Is the Earth Flat?
Do Satellites exist?
Quoting: above/below It's all fantasy. Flat Earth - Fantasy. Global Earth - Fantasy. What we call reality is, at best, a consensual fantasy. Parasites or viruses? Just complicated explanations for generation of a particular flavor of fantasy. I guess what i'm suggesting is that we would all know this, we would all be aware that it's all fantasy, had we not, say for example, lost our ability to synthesize ascorbate. I'm suggesting that it was parasites what caused us to lose this ability, or "turn it off", as they say, a very long time ago. I'm wondering if we can turn it back on, and what would happen if we did. Or is all of that stuff also fantasy? Where do we draw the line between fantasy and not fantasy? As soon as the first people, (made from the DUST), ate the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge, the story says...they began to die. To return to the DUST. (Maybe this is the point where the ability to synthesize ascorbate was shut off?) For their punishment, they were cursed with death and struggle. As for the serpent who beguiled them, his punishment was to crawl on his belly and eat the DUST. Just a thought. I'm having the same thoughts.
