Homeowner calls 911.Trespassers on his property. Police arrive; shoot and kill homeowner

The point I was tryign to make is despite the fact the individual was on his own land and violating no law, the fact that he had what looked like a gun was enough excuse to blow him away and get clean away with it. DEPARTMENT POLICY

I feel for the man. One benefit of living in the country is it's common to just start shooting out the back porch or whatever if you hear something. Whatever it is normally runs like hell.

Nobody says a damned thing. Nobody calls cops either, just handle it and go back to bed.

Yeah, not very smart to call the cops and stand outside waving a gun around. That really is a good way to get shot by the cops. They don’t know if your the homeowner or the criminal

I'll tell you this... If the police came to my house and executed the person who called them, I would make it my life's MISSION to see to it that the shooter never was ABLE to do it to anyone else.

In the Old Testament, the shooter would be stoned to death by the surviving family members.

In 2021, the officer will be put on paid leave (a vacation) and be right back to work, killing people, next month.

The police are like Domino's Pizza... if you call them for anything domestic, they'll deliver an unnecessary murder to your door in 30 minutes or less... guaranteed!

Someone robbed our house one time and I went for my shotgun called the cops nad serched the house. I told the person on the phone, I'd be the guy holding the shotgun with glock on his hip.

So, in order to be able to defend yourself in Texas, you have to be OK with being shot by the police and with zero repercussions for them?

I called the cops about 6 years ago to complain about some kid shooting his AK47 on the frozen pond shooting snowmen. My call just said I’m worried about ricochets and someone needs to talk to him. 20 minutes later I get a knock on my door and basically every cop from my town is in single file line with their guns drawn the first guy screaming at my 12 pound Yorkie pointing his gun at the dog screaming IS HE FRIENDLY!??! IS HE FRIENDLY!??!

Within about 30 second my entire house was invaded

Lots of green in this story. A "replica" .45? Elm street sign shown several times for no real purpose. There are messages in this "story" pointing at an upcoming event. They do this and have done this before countless times. The other one I'm seeing a lot of in other stories is the insignia of three trees and Evergreen.
