Robert Barnes is asked this often and on his local site, there is a way to get in touch with him and there are others volunteering with different states. He has branches or groups in many states but many states are missing or lower, and I think this is a wonderful idea. If I had my youth and my immune system health or even then knew what to take, what helped. I would have taken law with an emphasis on Constitutional and Human Rights. Pro Bono and make money via organization, non profit and writing. That is what I would have wished if I could redo it with different health stats.

You have no case, under State law. Were you planning to do it in federal court?

There is a RCW statute in WA that says if you have a communicable disease they can imprison you if you go to a public place. So, let's hope no one gives them the idea of finally enforcing that law: [link to apps.leg.wa.gov (secure)]

Consider this: Washington state began mail-in voting for special elections, persons with disabilities and those over 65 in 1983. Large scale mail-in voting was authorized in 1991. Washington's last Republican governor ended his term in 1985. To be clear, every Washington governor since 1985 has been a Demonrat. Coincidence? I think not. My hunch is that Dominion has been "consulting" with Washington state for a long time.

Have you considered using the "cruel and unusual punishment," provision within the 8th Amendment?
I'm not an Attorney, but this may be one of many approaches that can be pursued as a remedy, for obvious reasons and not just stick to the religious exemption.

I'm guessing there are several possibilities. Constitutional law is definitely one to look at.

I would join in and contribute to a national/federal class action suit. I suspect that there are several million that likely have standing now.

That would be a great thread - discussing all the class action lawsuits going on now about COVID mandates, etc.

It's one scam on top of another scam.

There are currently pending Covid lawsuits in every area (employment especially) and in every state. Also, you would need a theory of standing in order to sue.

Eventually, some of these cases will likely be at least considered for review by the SCOTUS. It just takes time.

Correct, a Constitutional challenge would be the ground for a suit like that, however, not on a theory of cruel/unusual punishment. I’m an attorney. The Constitutional issues I foresee are probably going to relate to the due process clause (in gov employment situations), protected class discrimination, and the privileges and immunities clause of the 5th Amendment.
