Why is it that so many countries in hot climates are shitholes?

i dont know, but i'll tell you, down in Texas, about this time of year every year.. i AM SO SICK OF THE HEAT, and walk around with a short fuse all day because of it...

however that makes you really grateful for the 2-3 months of cold weather we do get...

Could be. Also, in the cold climate you can't afford bullshit behavior.

its effect the brain. you see them always in bad mood. always in rage.

so with millions of ticking bombs walking in street, its no surprise their countries is a stinky shithole.

People are careless, they never had to prepare for winter.

I've noticed that as well. Don't know all and the exact reasons but as said it seems that warm weather has made people lazy and careless with catastrophic consequences for their own evolution.
