Not just winning. Anyone who is taking the bait. Not real. They are here to try to trick and convince us real people to take the bait. Convince us that they are real, then lead us to the bait. Real people wouldn’t take the bait on their own unless just dumb AF. The first wave taking the bait Dumb/NPC AF.

The jab is just an example. They might manipulate numbers, but maybe that many “people” really took the jab. But they are not real people, they’re just NPCs following they program. Real people now might get confused and think they’re the only ones not vaxxed yet and might get it. They take the bait like you say.
We need to stay aware to all these things. It’s like a (video)game. Maybe this even is a videogame. Not all will go to the next level. Not all will reach the end boss.
Just have fun playing it Just observe it like you would watch a movie (which this also might be) and enjoy the freakshow, no winning, only if you want to make it through
