If you cannot afford to see a doctor, I do have a recommendation. Keep using your Neti pot (make sure you use this with distilled water) multiple times everyday. Drink a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with 8 oz of water a few times a day. Drink a tea mixture a few times a day also. The tea mixture should include your tea of choice (mine is chamomile), one fresh crushed garlic clove, a sprinkle of ground ginger, and a tablespoon of Manuka honey. These ingredients have natural healing properties. The Manuka honey can be found online and sometimes at your local Walmart. It can be a little pricey, but definitely worth it. A quick online search of this honey can show you the wonderful benefits it has. I know how sinus infections can sometimes be extremely painful and can last for months. This is my go to remedy.

I too had sinus infections every year that ran down my health

Amazon probably has mold and allergen testing kits.
They also have portable HEPA filters.
An acupuncturist could reduce pain, prescribe herbs, and possibly shed light on root cause.

Colidial Silver in a nasal pump and taken orally.

Also check bedding for allergic responce.

Change the cabin filter in your car. If you are wearing a mask quit doing it.

Chlorine Dioxide fixed my 20 year sinus infections.

Doctors just gave me steroids, I had scans on my skull, sinuses, allergy tests etc.

I still have to take the green flucanazone when my sinuses get itchy but that's all. Pretty much healed.

I had it so bad, I had that Bio-Film covering the infetion in my sinuses, impossible to get rid of. Chlorine dioxide kills biofilm. How come no one knows about this? Or am I the only one that did 1 million hours of research to find it?

Chlorine dioxide KILLS CORONAVIRUS TOO. It actually is the ONLY thing that KILLS it. Ivermectin surrounds the cells but Chlor Dioxide Kills the spikes.

I only did it for a month, and I just stopped, guess I may start if (what I believe) the Vaxxed make new strains that may make me a little concerned. I also have tons of Ivermectin too and take that prophetically.

Here is an intro to Chlorine Dioxide. Yes its the same thing trump called bleach, and he was right, and they made fun of him. I'll Give a link or 2 to get you started. I buy the chlor diox bottles on ebay, cheap. Then you have to make it. Basically put 5ml into a shot glass of part A, 5ml of part b, drop in distilled water in a sealed jar, put in cabinet, repeat 12 hours with the solution in shot glass, 12 hours later pull out shot glass, that water is the right strength chlorine dioxide. Can be tested but I didn't. then use a scringe, pull out 10ml of the solution, and put it into a 1 full liter bottle of purified water or whatever, keep it all in the refrigerator, keep the chlorine dioxide solution in the dark or in a bag or keep it dark if possible. Drink the 1 liter per day spread out over whole day.

The video that got me to try this was the first guy link on top of this that told me about biofilm and sinusitus and how it healed it for him. He continues to go speed on chlorine dioxide but you can quit and maintain your sinuses like I did. I am a Male, 50 years old, in very good health, but had the worst sinuses on the planet.. Some loose thoughts.

I've heard that heat is often really good for helping sinus problems.

Cranial pressure can be a sign of vitamin A toxicity. You might want to see the work of Grant Genereux. Sometimes what appears to be infection or fungus is actually the body's attempt at detoxification from poisons. Vitamin A can build to toxic levels in the body, we think we are "helping" having a high vitamin diet, but vitamin A has limits.

You might want to read up on herbal antibiotics. There is a good book by Stephen Harrod Buhner.

Make sure you don't have a mold issue in your house.

I'm not acquainted with your operation, and I worry that you could be having a side effect of that. Is there a support group for others who have had the same operation?

You might want to look into the work of Dr. Mew and proper mouth habits as it applies to widening the bones in your head. (muscle wins over bone every time).

OnlyMe, When did you move in your house? It sounds like you are living in a mold house because of your constant sinus infections.

You are allergic to something in your daily life. That is why you are having sinus issues. Also, people living in mold have constant sinus trouble.

I hope you can figure it out and heal.

I get a sinus infection once a year now it seems.

I use a saline nasal flush 3 times a day
And Ibuprofen to reduce inflammation

I make an organic "Vicks" with peppermint by putting 1 part coconut oil, 1 part sweet almond oil, and 1 part beeswax pellets into a Mason jar. Put the Jar in in a saucepan full of water (uncovered) and heat until melted together. Pour into smaller jars. Immediately add organic peppermint oil to need. Start it out fairly weak, as you can always re-melt and add more. I've probably gotten to the point where mine is ridiculously strong. It will at least keep your nose open so you can breathe.

It took a couple of Z-Pacs (azithromycin) to get rid of my worst chronic sinus infection. Unfortutely, that requires medical intervention. Thank God I have a doc I trust.

ETA- Probably best to just put this under your nostrils as you don't want to be inhaling a lot of oil into your lungs. Most of the time, I do this, but sometimes when congestion is bad...

How safe is using peroxide in a sinus rinse? Do any of you know of any risk to that?

Salt water rinse, inhale through nose. Very uncomfortable but effective. 6 times a day.

Another vote for NAC.

You need to try stabilized Allicin which is proven in case studies to kill antibiotic-resistant staph. It's the isolated form of the compound inside garlic that makes it bioactive against bacteria, viruses, fungus and parasites. A typical capsule of Allicin is as biologically potent as eating 20-30 cloves of garlic, doesn't taste bad, and is safe.

You might need to take it for a while so it will build up in your system, but I'm confident it will knock-out the infection you describe.

It's pricier than a typical supplement, but far cheaper than most prescriptions. It's available on Amazon... just search "Allicin". The stuff that ships from UK is the best quality - that's where the labs are located that actually discovered the process for isolating and stabilizing the compound.

Since you have a sinus infection I recommend the capsule form. You might also try coming up with a way to mist it into your sinuses or rub into your nasal cavaties and ears by suspending it in an oil like coconut oil. It also comes as a topical cream (good for people with staph on the outside of their body).

I think diluted to 4% is safe

Try eating finely chopped raw garlic. Remember to let it sit on the cutting board for 10-20 minutes so the allicin can form. I like to eat mine mixed with avocado on toast.

ACV & lemon juice in water may help too. 2oz of each in a pint glass, fill remainder with boiling water.

I just started doing that and it really helps. Been about a week and so much better. My allergies are really bad. We live in front of a forest in a very rural area. Every morning I was getting sick from the drip tickling my throat. So many good suggestions! May I add - buy some goldenseal capsules - root, not herb strength. They healed a tooth infection overnight for me last month.

Also, from a former voice teacher - Alkalol. May have to ask the pharmacist for it. Inexpensive. Alkalol. Pour a bit in each side of your nose and let it run out the mouth. So soothing.

Also, ear candles might release something there.

You could try a nebulizer with food grade hydrogen peroxide.

I have chronic sinus issues as well. I live in Texas where allergies abound. I have rinsed my sinuses with 3% food grade peroxide, saline and distilled water. I also nebulize 3% food grade peroxide. The nebulizing has made such a great difference in my asthma. It's amazing.

I've also used iodine in my sinus rinse with saline and distilled water. What I find works the best is the Xylitol.




I don't know if you can go to the doctor, but if you can, tell them you would like an antibiotic that you can put in your sinus rinse instead of taking something orally.

I can't thank you guys enough for all of these suggestions. I am going to try a few of them, but I haven't yet decided which. I appreciate all of your advice and please, if you have any other ideas, feel free to share!
