If there are soldiers within any of those 500 shipping containers held off-shore, which have been there for weeks and months .... then:
a) they are ripe! no bathrooms/showers/same clothes, etc
b) malnourished - no decent food all that time
c) rickets etc since no sun light and decent exercise
d) gone mad from confinement.
So, no, I don't think they will come like that unless that particular ship is allowed straight in to be first in line of all those other containers.
Quoting: OnTheFence I hear you, but FWIW I absolutely remember a few years ago when a Chinese ship was caught with multiple shipping containers in which dozens or more Chinese illegal aliens were planning to sneak into the US. So it IS possible.
