Tell us about your coffee setup
I have both a Mr. Coffee Cafe Barista, and a Ninja Hot and Cold brewing system I just bought. I think I'm going to retire the Mr. Coffee. The ninja easily makes a 32oz latte. I replicated Arizona green tea with it. It makes a good regular pot of coffee, too.

I buy whole Brazilian beans from Amazon (scream) and grind them up every morning for my coffee machine!

Delicious!

I drink coffee black, these days. I got a real taste for it.

Nice! I use Amazon too.. I buy 5lbs bags of Starbucks Reserves espresso beans for around $40. I use it for everything, from coffee to specialty drinks like lattes, cappuccinos, and just regular coffee.

Re: Tell us about your coffee setup
Which one?

I have an aero coffee press, a couple of bodum coffee presses, a
Bialetti, Stove top Expresso Maker, a glass Melitta pour over which is a fav, a Farberware Percolator, and when I am running late, I have amused myself with this method...

[link to www.youtube.com (secure)]

I have had others, over the years, but I like my coffee strong,
so pots like a Keurig just don’t satisfy...

So what is you plan for the plandemic shortages or whatever?

Me 30 lbs of whole beans 15 pounds of freeze dried, sugar, I am good for a few years and several shelf stable coffee mate pump bottles, powdered milk and heavy cream.

And my Go Sun solar stove to boil if needed.

Re: Tell us about your coffee setup
A mug heater. I make a 4-6 cup pot of strong coffee, fill my mug (I drink black, no cream or sugar) and sip on it, refill as needed.

And I drink it 24/7. It doesn't keep me up (and I often drink espresso, when I have it). But it's also not something I use to WAKE me up either.

Lol, I dunno, I have MS. My body is weird.

French Press, buy medium/dark roast from local roasters/Sprouts whole beans and grind them coarse, let them steep at least 10 minutes, with steamed milk.

Getting an Nespresso machine and electric frothier in next couple of months.

Re: Tell us about your coffee setup
I'm using a Melitta pour over. I finally found a large one. I don't like the idea of what grime is building up in the tubes and down the coffee makers inner parts. It's also more time with water sitting in plastic festering in with it. Another thing is that coffee that uses no filter may cause some cholesterol so I like to use filters. I used to use espresso maker or french press before I found out about the cholesterol. My family has naturally high cholesterol so I try to do things to avoid it.

Coffee is pretty shit compared to tea - so I keep a jar of cheap granules and some coffee whitener for the occasional cup and weirdo guests who actually prefer it.

I like mine bold and strong like a shot of Lavazza espresso.

I've got a high-end espresso machine, grinder and get Lavazza super crema beans shipped by the case to our house every 6 months. It's one of my only vices in life, except for my love of outdoors activities.

I have a large collection of coffee makers.

Currently I use a 12 cup Farberware simple adjustable drip type for regular coffee and a Mr Coffee Cafe Barista that will make an awesome espresso, or Capuccino.

[link to www.amazon.com (secure)]

Bodum coffee grinder.

Case of 24 lbs of Starbucks Caffe Verona.
Case of Medaglia D'Oro
Cafe Bustelo

Multiple others (Krupps, Mr Coffees, Melita cone pour over backup funnels, Fill yourself cup at a time tea/herb/coffee bags.

Had to throw away 2 machines last year that started leaking. A real shame.

French press.

Several other capuccino/espresso machines, where you have to hold the foaming cup. LIke this one. WOrks really well, but a bit more work and you are standing in front of a bomb essentially when frothing the milk.
[link to www.amazon.com (secure)]

Had a couple of the Cup at a time things from Black and decker that worked well on the boat.

I just finished a pot of coffee, and now I want another cup dang it!
