There was a reason he didn't. The Premiers of the Provinces were furious when that was discussed, according to Rocco Galatti, one of the lawyers involved in suits in BC and Ontario.

Also, most of the horrible abuses of powers, shut downs and lockups for people that caused cancer deaths, heart deaths, suicides, and massive financial harms to business and homes, all illegal, and that changed hospital policies so people had no family and witnesses from murderers, and the genocides in the old folks homes, in the hospitals and our communities, that happened to our nation for nearly 2 years, could not have happened, nor the Genocide in the Elderly Care Homes. Or the abuses in the hospitals.

Indeed due to the debates and scientists and doctors inputs, they could not have been gagged or censored and ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine and various treatments would have been promoted and used, and NO VAXX.

Because Federal Emergency Powers are limited, all emergency powers are for short term things, a week or two, forest fires, explosions, etc, not this, this is abuse of them. And there would have to be a bipartisan committee overseeing a Federal Emergency without bogus media orders or bogus Foia Corruption "trust the science" ties to the Pharma's and Vaccine Profits.

Federal has to have Debates with real opposite opinions and various scientists, real scientits.

So it WAS NOT DONE!


Hence most of the threads that are about a province, ie like a state, with premier, ie like a governor, or elected state leader, are confused with national. But they're not national.

This was all thrown to the provinces.

These type of measures have nothing to do with peoples health. The populace in general have been "mind controlled" with government propaganda to believe the lie and all the components that make up that lie.
