polio was around for years and years before a vax was ever developed. Covid is a manufactured tool to destroy the usa by communist.

Covid doesnt meet the standard of death for a mandate. The whole thing magically appeared over night. We will see if the justices are communist tyrants soon.

They are barking up the wrong tree: The 8th Amendment, which has not been tried yet, has a provision under the Clause "cruel and unusual punishment," which would be more effective as far as Constitutional matters.

Maybe we get lucky and it was denied based on legal technicalities ......which happens alot at the SCOTUS level...

When the vaccine was first released, the Cutter incident happened. Cutter laboratory was having a hard time inactivating the polio virus and the vaccines paralyzed some children. All vaccines are pure garbage. My dad was given a vaccine after contracting polio as a child and I wonder if his paralysis would have healed with time and therapy had he not been given that vaccine. Don't forget that Polio doesn't have a natural animal reservoir outside of humans either.

I have a 90 year old uncle who spent 6 or 8 years in an iron lung after contracting polio. Spent that time and a lot longer at the polio hospital here in Houston - back in the 40s and 50s. Guy is still alive and doing well. Amazing person.

What's interesting in today's America is how much of the legal/judicial system is willing to impede even modest restrictions when it comes to abortions, but are just the opposite way when it comes to "Your Body, MY Choice" mRNA vaccines.

Watch though, I bet they will have no problems with the kids being forced covid-vaccinated. In fact they will demand it. To keep the teachers safe, they’ll say. Like the grandma who wants their grandkids vaccinated, not caring what terrible things it may do to the kids now or in the future, or that the kids are at no risk unless severely obese or immune compromised, as long as she can feel safe and get her way and have more life even at the expense of the grandkids life that’s what’s important.
