somes I have these bursts of energy so overwhelming I feel "compelled" to do a particular thing with it, like an order from my higher self the longer I ignore it the more intense it gets. And then I get more and more energy and it feels good because I am writing a lot of very cool and intersting stuff imo and I make videos which I thhink are really cool make me happy. but at the same time it's like there a "switch" flipping the switch sometimes I can snap so fast with certain triggers that have become so strong over the years I enter a state of conscious where other memories I blocked out without being activated, come to the forefront because I'm in the altered state where they are
