As Dr. Bhakdhi said, the spike is created in the cells of the vascular system and capillaries, nano vascular, feed your cells oxygen and nutrients, and when they have spikes sticking out of them, the body shuts them down and the lymphs attack and destroy cells, capillaries don't come back, and that means cell death for the cells the capillaries feed.

In addition to that, other vascular cells which can repair somewhat will destroyed by your immune and lymphs. And your organs will be spiked up. It creates a huge auto immune response which is probably why they shut of the T cells with the vaxxes, and so if you survive the auto immune, you get cancer.
