Let's suppose that 1 person can produce knowledge at a certain rate. Whe it comes to knowledge production, since China has 5 times as many people in US, it will produce 5 times as much knowledge than US continuously. And since in China they get free education and since they produce more scientists and more research than any other nation combined, and since China shares all of the knowledge it discovers throughout the country without barriers, and since China is in a scientific cooperation with Russia, it follows that China is sitting on one of the largest knowledge bases in the world. And when China asks the US to sign an agreement to regulate intellectual property theft by both sides, the US does not want to bind itself by such agreements because it has to, like crazy, steal and reverse engineer Chinese technologies.
