Trump is giving Raffensberger a way out to avoid going to prison. I don't think he'll take it as he and the rest of these criminals are on a one way path to self destruction. It's going to be lengthy prison sentences for many of them.

I suspect that this is Raffenberger's last chance to do the right thing before it is forced on him in very unsavory ways by people with the fire power to make it happen.
