SCHRÖPFEN NACH DER IMPFUNG = CUPPING AFTER VACCINATION

it is known as "cupping" in traditional chinese medicine. it pulls toxins out of the body, basically with a suction type of cup, as you saw at the very beginning. Once the practitioner took the cup off, it looked like they made little cuts, which (in a person who has not let graphene oxide be injected into them) -- they would normally bleed. the cupping brings the blood to the surface of the skin, which causes the "red" circle you saw around what looked like the injection site on the upper arm.
but as you saw, it took the re-cupping for the blood to even start flowing. that is NOT normal in any way. and it has nothing to do with (ass)umptions. I've worked for a TCM practitioner and seen (and had my own) cupping sessions.
I do not speak russian, but in my very humble opinion, they are showing you how the blood gets thickened after the injection of the experimental graphene oxide injections (or "vaccines" as some are calling them).
thickened blood in the body causes various health issues, many of which are appearing "out of nowhere" in otherwise healthy people who are allowing themselves to be injected with this poison.

It sounds like they leave the cup on 5 minutes, then take it off and push the blood and cut the skin, then put the cup back on with very low pressure (high suction) for 3 minutes. Impressive.

This is probably why they make you wait 15 minutes at a vax site before leaving, so you can't go right to a procedure like this and get it all out.
