Oh wow this guy reminds everyone about the 9th. What it says is rights other than those enumerated are still held by the people, and if unenumerated are still rights held by the people.

I personally think the 3rd and 4th have before been cited to keep people in jail from being drugged against their will.

To be clear, and this isn't discussed much, but before COVID, it was illegal for the police to drug you. If they pulled you over and you wouldn't talk, they couldn't whip out a needle and inject you with truth serum or whatever. You were protected from that by the 3rd and 4th.

If these mandates go through, get ready. Why not just start drugging the entire population via the public water? The cops can just dart-gun you with a tranquilizer, like you're an animal, and you wake up in jail. If the mandates go through, you can't stop them from drugging you.
