Let’s be honest. A real Judiciary of the Supreme Court of the United States would have:
1. Ordered the trial of Milley and routed out all Communists in the ranks and intelligence agencies that violate their US Constitutional Oath
2. Rebuked any authoritarian mandates for vaccines or quarantines and long term lock downs or any violation if the US Constitution
3. Insured laws that protect and secure the borders and insure that immigration and travel is Lawfully under the US Constitution
4. Stopped the steal by hearing the election challenges and reviewing laws and policies to insure that all elections are held with high integrity, security and a full accountability under State and Federal Law as applied to the US Constitution.

SCOTUS punted because many are being blackmailed by foreign entities or are Communist New World Order sycophants.

First off dumbass the number one rule of military’s is Follow Orders, and not some fat slob typing orders in his nasty easy chair. Short of a military installation or martial law being declared, the military has zero arrest authority.

The military has mandated vaccines for a very long time now, falls under rule number one as in you follow orders. The Constitution directs civilian authorities power over our military to provide protection of our borders during times of war against both foreign and domestic threats, but also prevents our military from operations inside the borders of the US off of established military training installations.

Those illegally crossing our borders are not considered armed threats and the military cannot act unless compelled by civilian authorities and again falls under rule number one as in follow orders and again for clarification not your orders.

This is not a movie dipshit. As much as I hate to see the illegal crossings of our borders it’s a fact this country was started by illegal aliens, much of our wealth established due to the work of illegal aliens. All who proudly became Americans and continued to build this country.

Based on what a friend told me who has a daughter in the military, this isn't the US military we sent to Vietnam. They are about as brave and committed as the Afghan military. If push comes to shove, they're going to run from a battle.
