This is about punishing the people who failed to get Hilary elected. "Tech Executive is probably shawn henry of crowdstrike who is a former high level fbi official.

Crowdstrike was given the "hacked" DNC server by the fbi to analyze, which the fbi never did on their own.

There are two versions of the story about crowdstrike's analysis of the DNC server.

Story 1.
Crowdstrike claimed their analysis showed the Russians hacked it. This was highly publicized prior to the 2016 election with the insinuation the Russians did it in support of trump or at the request of trump to hurt hilary by exposing the DNC emails relative to the screwing of bernie sanders.

Story 2.
When shawn henry was interviewed by adam schiff, henry claimed crowdstrike wasn't actually able to prove the Russians hacked the DNC server.

Both versions of events can't be true, so "somebody" or tech executive 1 at crowdstrike must have lied to somebody else.

The main reason certain names aren't named is tech executive 1 could be cutting a deal to turn state's evidence witness.

Because if you raise questions and point out the obvious it means their hopes and dreams are dashed and destroyed.
