In China the CCP will just seize the business, and spread the losses out over all the economy.

If there are many more companies in similar shape (very likely) then the commandeering will get more violent and controlling and spread out maximum pain on the economy.

You might just see their entire economy regress back a 100% command and control economy, whereas before it was maybe 25-30%. That of course would bring suffering, starvation, energy shortages, etc.
