Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80663418 What are the "waves" radiating from the rocket ? Assuming it's the sound barrier, but so many ? It's hitting the dome. Doesn't always happen, but happens quite a bit. Wrong. It's rising into sunlight. Happens with twilight launches only. |

Seems to work pretty well but why does it slip? Is the resolution of the servo motors not fine enough? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78855404 The mount is only roughly aligned and level, plus the motors aren't necessarily hitting the commanded rates exactly. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78855404 Because he's too dumb to realize the input signal frequency is limited to 500hz Bahaha, you think my software is sending inputs at more than 500 hz? That's cute. It's a python program, it doesn't run that fast to begin with, and it doesn't really need to. The mount Jared was using is quite affordable, the gears on it aren't precise enough for that kind of temporal resolution to matter anyway. It did just fine for tracking the launch. |

They were able to film last night's launch of Inspiration 4 ( Thread: SpaceX Launch of Inspiration4, the World's First Private Orbital Spaceflight! ) from the media site at KSC using my software! Various reactions to your success are quite telling. All the Nancy Lieders and various Warriors (ahem) and AC detractors can demonstrate nothing they've done that is nearly as cool. They can merely pontificate and nip at your heels, jealous of your *actual* accomplishments. It is quite satisfying to witness. Well done. |

I'm thrilled with the fact that even when I personally can't make it to a launch, like last night, I'm still able to contribute through my software. |

Oh, you're pulling shit out of your ass because my accomplishments make you feel inferior? That explains a LOT of the bullshit that people like you post. You're going to pay with more than just your life It's that simple Oh how fun, a death threat... you seriously just threatened me, and all because I produced some kick ass rocket tracking software... You are unhinged, insane, and if you try to attack me I will make sure you regret it. I exercise my second amendment right for a reason... |
