Understand? There are ways to handle this. It's called persuasion. Get a couple of good 'ol boys together. Dress them in attire that obscures their identity. Watch the target. When the opportunity arises, communicate the message. Be sure the teacher(s) know why their knee caps have been introduced to Mr. Baseball bat. I guarantee the problem will scurry away. If the police can't support peoples' rights, they can be handled in a similar fashion with a little extra caution. Nobody is untouchable.
