The government sends them warning letters/emails letting them know they will be suspended/terminated if they don't take the vaxxines.

A lot of them who did not want to be vaxxinated have resigned by their own will.

Well you will experience/are experiencing the same thing here and other places, a shortage of doctors, nurses, cleaning staff, admin staff.
They had to post the National Guard at a few hospitals in my area due to lack of staff due to vax.

My exact feeling is that Macron and his government don't care. They are stubborn. They have the firm belief that their way is the only way.

They will blame/accuse the non-vaccinated by saying it's their fault, that all is available to them if they choose to take the vaccine, that they will receive the Health Pass and the QR code after the second vaccine, all free.

They keep repeating that the problem is not the government, they are the problem because they are refusing the vaccine.

Testing will no longer be accepted by Health Insurance from 15 October so people will have to pay for them 100% unless a GP/doctor prescription is handed to the lab.

Those who are vaccinated do not need PCR tests on flights and transport. The fact that they may be infected is not taken into account. They flash their QR code to the scanners in airports and railway stations and there you have it.

Masks are still mandated indoors in stores and public places for all, vaccinated or not.

Let's see what will happen now that 3,000 health care workers had their jobs suspended for not being vaccinated + all the ones who resigned and left their jobs by their own choice.

This coming Saturday protests will be interesting.
