Bit it is a growing problem that shows no sign of improving anytime soon. Almost no storebrand. Just Boars Head brand. Light selection. Giant usually well stocked. . "Don't do anything that affects anything. Went in today, Wednesday, and produce was 90% wiped out. There was literally nothing. Lots of bare shelves throughout the store. Meat, eggs were fully stocked. Must be just the southern covid states Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79744465 Here in Texas our shelves seem very well stocked, I always find everything on my list, and he non walmart stores are better stocked. The problem is at those stores prices tend to be 30 percent higher. HOWEVER, some things are notably missing, like the better chips for instance. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 19778563 the problem with frozen meat is if the power goes out, eventually you run out of gas for the generator and it all rots. |

User ID: 73738692 United States 09/15/2021 06:51 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Saw similar to Op In central Mississippi outside of the capital city. Oxford is a city that if you think rich, it should come to mind. Ole Miss is the flagship school in our state, and is home to the law and medical schools. Chances are if your family has money, or political connections, you will find the kids at this school, I say that to correct the thought that the Walmart was wiped out because of food stamp day. Going to Walmart is an event in Oxford on some nights and if you are a college kid, you didn't go to there or the Huddle house without full make up and dressed well. It was almost a reverse of the People of Walmart threads you used to see. Not kidding when I say that dressing to impress is an interesting and expensive thing in Oxford. To Op: Hotty Toddy! And stay safe. Maybe try the Walmart over in Pontotoc, it was usually less hit than Tupelo, and Oxford, Batesville if you need or want something. water is life |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 49178951 Not everyone has access to Aldi. For some people it’s Walmart or farmers. Farm meat costs a lot more and not everyone can afford that. The brand names are the same damned thing, but cheaper. The better cuts of meat at Walmart are great, but no bargain. |
