Meh, they started closing hospitals around here 40 years ago. Been there done that its basics now.

But hey they’ll still be able to participate in MEDICAID and MEDICARE

It's a tiny little town in the middle of nowhere.

Less hospitals equals less "covid deaths".

And it wont just be hospitals!
No one I know will take it! The ones that have have buyers remorse! Most wont do another! And some will drink the cool aid!

The largest hospital in my state closed permanently last summer. In the middle of a pandemic there were no patients. Go figure. The news accidentally ran a story claiming it was overloaded after it closed, the head of our health department had to issue clarification so patients didn't go to the hospital for emergencies. The news media never explained why they ran that story or where the accompanying video of a crowded hospital came from.

Another hospital is set to close in my city due to staffing shortages. By the way, I was at two of the remaining hospitals in the city with a few different people last year for non covid related conditions and again earlier this year. Guess what? Both hospitals were ghost towns but were supposedly overloaded with patients.
