It's literally working with a foreign nation against the United States Executive Branch which is the entire reason treason laws were created, to prevent our own politicians, armed forces, law enforcement, scientists and even the general public from working with foreign nations against us. That said, Miley will deny it and who knows, maybe it's not true. If he's dumb enough to confirm it, he should be prosectued and court martialed imemdiately. I wouldn't support someone doing this under any adminstration no matter how I felt about it.
