Supply will stay managable unless there is panic. I suggest buying a big ass thing of TP and paper towels so you don't even have to think about it.

yo, i saw signs of this and heard mention of it from distributors weeks and months ago. check out the YT channels "angry prepper ny" "nw prepper" "magic prepper" and "Canadian prepper" (i know a lot of prepper). especially nw prepper and canadian regarding supply chain. both own or work in retail and have inside knowledge. just a few of many good sources.

im in the nw oregon area and its not BAD here yet but we definitely have a bunch of holes on the shelves and some of my favorite items (albeit not essentials but still) are gone and not coming back. certain cold coffee, cereals, flour (very slow to restock), chips, cheese, etc... just kind of random shit starting to disappear. this isnt even krogers. its multiple other big names.

I was just shocked that a major food retailer came out and said it.

yeah..well.. THEY are doing it on purpose.. also the audit results are coming, .. deep state will be fighting back

I can’t find any links yet. They are usually 24/48 hours behind in updating their links. Unless it’s a mass shooting or something like that. My mom even said “well shit, we need to stock up again”.

We should al be avoiding Kroger and associated companies as much as possible. I boycott them at the beginning of the plandemic. Stay away from big corporate as much as possible.

Im curious of their reason why. Or was it not given?

Western NY here. I'm just not seeing any shortages around me.

Was at my local Wegmans, Target, and Dollar Store today. All the shelves packed.

I shopped at Kroger’s this afternoon. It was well-stocked but not well-staffed.

Kroger’s is one of the few stores that doesn’t mandate wearing masks or making their employees get jabbed.

It’s looking more and more like that dark winter is on its way.

I hope everyone is paying attention. Once people realize they can’t find food…. Thats when TSHTF.

It will be ugly.

That IS surprising, because once they announce that on the news, they KNOW what will happen. All the panic at the grocery store, wiped out toilet paper and rationing.

Our window for restocking the preps is closing.

I've noted the the pet food isle is always picked through.

If you care about your pets, get their food now.

Local Costco is already out of TP & paper towels.

Off of mandated shots ( cause that did not go over well) and they were used to cover Afghanistan , etc... long list we all know.

Kroger is parent corp for QFC and Fred Meyer…two major grocers in the Puget Sound.

Kroger: ‘Organized crime’ among contributors to higher food prices

Kroger grocery chain will raise food prices from 2-3% this year, more than what they expected, Rodney McMullen, the Kroger grocery chain’s chief executive officer, says.

On Kroger’s earnings report call on Friday, the chief financial officer, Gary Millerchip, said higher supply chain costs, rising levels of theft, and increasing food prices all will play roles.

“We are being more aggressive,” Millerchip said on the call. “Our general counsel is also working with some trade associations to try to start working on it in a broader group, not just Kroger-specific, when you look at organized crime.”

Cincinnati-based Kroger touts itself as one of the world’s largest retailers with more than 2,700 stores in 35 U.S. states.
