20.yrs ago the day before 911.. Donald 'Dumbsfeld' stuttered & mumbled on for about 3.5 minutes, something about the Pentagon not being able to account for 2-trillion dollars.. then 8:45.am came & no-body could recall a word of what Rumsfeld mumbled on about. Kind'a the same thing, but not really.. 41% of the GDP is way bigger then 2-trillion dollars, just sayin'. Strange daze indeed..  .
