Why do you believe this guy? I'm anti vaccine and clotshot but One of his tweets sites someone who got CJD, had NOT gotten the clotshot and the claim was was they just picked it up from other people on a plane which is ridiculous.

Only when you catch it from meat you ate. When it is pumped into your system on a massive scale with millions of wrongly folded prion proteins to trigger refolding of brain proteins...

Mad Cow disease is caused by misfolded proteins. Spike proteins produced from the mRNA instructions - many believe will also misfold and since they can cross the blood brain barrier the result is prion disease/mad cow/CJD.

Creutzfeldt-Jakob is an off-shoot of Mad Cow disease.
People don't get the Actual Mad Cow Disease (BSE..... bovine spongiform encephalopathy)

Correct. COVID can also cause elevated d-dimers, and clotting.
But it is a larger molecule that first must find its way into your lungs, successfully infest cells there, replicate and then get into your blood stream from there. Very different than deliberately injecting the much smaller spike directly into your veins by the trillions, letting it flow to your whole body and then create even more.

They both produce similar effect because they use a similar toxin, but actual rates of each bad effects to know which is worse aren't available. There is no way to make an informed decision which is worse with available data. However given the irrational way in which they push the shot, I suspect someone knows which is worse and they either want everyone to be exposed to the worse option, or they know something else will be released that the vaccine will protect against ( maybe that MERS version they were also working on with the 30% death rate) but refuse to be honest for fear of panicking he public (for their own good of course) For all we know China has that other version is an blackmailing the world with it- demanding these lockdowns and passports or it will be released - or maybe Aliens issued a dictate that we reduce population or they will just wipe us all out. I don't believe this guy for one moment. He offers no statistical evidence that the disease was caused by the vaccinations rather than because of eating tainted meat, etc. Because he is an antivaxx campaigner, his independence has no credibility. He could have been given cases where the disease was already present before vaccination but not showing symptoms at that time. And he says he found a cure for Covid, so he already had a bee in his bonnet about vaccinations and will accept any report that seems to support his belief about their dangers.

Sorry, his sample could be biassed (cherry-picked). He has provided no statistical proof of causation. It is merely circumstantial and proves nothing. There are lots of people, especially in the UK, who probably caught the disease decades ago but who are only now beginning to show its symptoms. He cannot be sure these people did not ALREADY have CJ. When Mad Cow Disease was rife in the UK, experts predicted an epidemic of cases decades later. Perhaps these cases are now showing, in which case these cases has got nothing at all to do with the vaxx. They could already have had the disease but did not know it before being vaccinated.

just because it has a 100% fatality rate does not mean that 100% of the people that were vaccinated are going to get it
