I have also felt it today. It feels like anxiety. (I don’t get anxiety as a general rule). Like that feeling you get when something bad is about to happen. I usually don’t fight it and try to breath and the heaviness goes away but the understanding of what it could means stays for me to contemplate.
It was interesting to come on here and see so many other people that seemed to feel it as well though.

I'm not just a buoy bobbing up and down measuring the frequency waves as they hit me.

I'm a surfer padding the ocean of our reality , noticing the troughs and paddling to meet that positive wave.

I see you got all kinds of advice on how to NOT feel this way. Trying to make it go away is like burying your head in the sand. I don't think you should ignore it or cover it up with music or meditations or any of that.

It's that same intuition that tells you to watch and be proactive. It's that self preservation gene giving you a heads up that you need to be diligent and prepared.

I feel it too. It's like when you see a front of dark clouds coming nearer. It changes the air pressure; there is an electric "crackle," and the ions rarify the air.

Been holding back a constant flow of tears for years. Just feeling eminence sadness for what is happening to our world. I've lost both my parents and had a lot of obsticlals but this is the only time in my life I've felt this kind of perpetual sadness about the future.

I've been feeling it too. Thought it was just me.

No doubt about it. I would say the energy is the heaviest I've felt in my life. Like there is an especially dark cloud hanging over this planet at this time in history. What is crazy, is that it is not over the fear of a nuclear war. But, the apparent division between people. The dark side, has done a great job of enhancing peoples ego's and opinions. To a point, where we have our closest family and friends going at each other about, covid, masks, politics, policies, etc.

The unity between family and friends that I grew up with in the 60's, 70's,and 80's, has been ripped to shreds. We have become so self serving and egotistical in our relationships, that it's become a cancer.

The only way out is unconditional love for our God and neighbor, making sure NOBODY is left behind, and the upmost gratitude for the things we have.....
